Jesus prays to God that His ‘soul is troubled’ showing His humanity.  That is showing that He’s afraid of what’s to come. But at the same time He displays His obedience by saying this was for God’s glory.  So that when we put our trust in Him, we will be carried up to sit with Him at the right hand of God
