Mary took a bottle of expensive perfume, worth 300 pieces of silver and anointed Jesus in preparation of His burial.  By contrast, Judas, sold Jesus’ life for 30 pieces of silver, a tenth of the value of His burial.   Jesus admonished his disciples who witnessed this telling them that what she did would be spoken about as would be the Gospel message.
