In today’s sermon, we continue with the series Whoever Has Ears Let them Hear.  Today is the Rocky Soil.   When the seed is sown on rocky soil, its takes root but the sun burns it away.    When we receive the Word, we take it in and for a bit we are nourished by it.  But as soon as persecution or difficulties come our way, we reject the Word and focus on our experiences for how we respond, not how God wants us to respond.
